Dr. Michael Andreu is associate professor of forest systems at the University of Florida IFAS School of Forest, Fisheries, and Geomatics Sciences. His research focuses on sustainable forest management, quantification of ecosystem services, restoration ecology and silviculture. His extension program focuses on forestry issues that wildland – urban continuum. He helps coordinating the Florida Stewardship Program and The Tampa Bay Watershed Forest Working Group.
